Energizer Repair Instructions:

To commemorate Gallagher’s 80th Anniversary, on January 1, 2018 Gallagher North America will begin offering to consumers a three-year warranty on all Gallagher Energizers purchased on or after the January 1, 2018 date.

Warranty notes:

  • Consumers must provide a receipt with all warranty claims.
  • Three-year warranty on all Gallagher Energizers purchased on or after the January 1, 2018 date applies regardless of any warranty stated on the product package.

For Warranty Repairs


1. Securely package your energizer for shipment to Gallagher Repair Department using a packing material such as bubble wrap, styrofoam packing peanuts, shredded or crumpled paper**. Include your address, telephone, and email address.
